Social Media Management

Post scheduling and copy writing for up to five posts per week on up to three platforms. We take the content you create and manage your social calendar so that you don’t have to. This service includes a monthly Milanote calendar for easy collaboration and free community management for up to 1,000 followers.

Social Media Content Creation

Content creation for up to five static posts per week formatted for up to three platforms. We collaborate with you to create content that fits your brand, shares your vision, and aligns with current trends. This service includes social strategy and a monthly Milanote calendar for easy collaboration.

$275/month for up to 3 platforms

Social Media Community Management

Community Management Monday- Friday during standard business hours (CST). We will collaborate with you to maintain a consistent branding voice, build brand loyalty, and collaborate to tackle crisis situations. This includes, responding to comments, DMs, tags, and flagging anything that needs the client’s attention.

Street Team Creation and Management

Creation and/or management of your personal Street Team (readers who promote you and your work!). While ARC readers are great for a book release, your Street Team members are the people who lift you up in between those releases. We will create a Street Team for you with up to 15 members who are passionate about your work. If you already have a Street Team, no worries! We will add to your team and manage the communication and collaboration with the members.

Ongoing Email Management

Tired of unread emails? We can help. This process starts with us figuring out what help you need to put your best foot forward (and stop tearing out your hair every time a new email rolls in). We can answer inquiries, set-up appointments, and organize your inbox so your emails are easily accessible. It all depends on what you need and what feels right - your comfort is our priority.

Event Sourcing and Application Tracking

Looking to put yourself out there but not sure where to start? You give us your requirements and we’ll search for events that align with your goals, within your budget. We’ll take care of the application process, tracking, and liaising with event contacts.

It’s time to release your book, but how do you get it out there? How do you gather all of those coveted reviews? Leave it to us. With Ashley Independent’s ever-growing team of ARC Readers and bookish influencers, we will make sure your book gets to an honest audience who will treat it with great care. Our ARC Management involves organization, distribution, follow-up, and data analysis.

We offer a variety of services and offer you the freedom to choose from our menu of options so you’re not stuck paying for services you don’t need. Every book is different and every author's journey is unique. We value transparency, so we offer each service a la carte for a set, standard price. Our services can be customized into a bundle package that is personalized to YOU and we offer a tiered discount depending on the number of services you choose. 

1 service = Flat rate

2-5 services = 10% discount

6+ services = 20% discount

For example, if you chose:

Social Media Management - $25 an hour at 3 hours a week for 4 weeks
Content Pull - $50 for 100K words
Promotional Content Creation - $100

You would receive a 10% discount on your total invoice! That’s a savings of $45! 

But if you decide you want to add on 2 more services, you’ll get an even greater savings! For example:

Social Media Management - $25 an hour at 3 hours a week for 4 weeks
Content Pull - $50 for 100K words
Promotional Content Creation - $100

Newsletter Creation - $60
Email management - $20 an hour at 2 hours a week for 4 weeks

You would receive a 20% discount, saving you over $100

If you choose 3 services to start and decide to scale up, we will automatically apply that new discount percentage to your next invoice.
